The objective of the Air Duct Cleaning is to ensure that the end users living in clean, comfortable and healthy environment, and also to decrease energy costs by allowing the mechanical components to operate more efficiently and last longer, by removing the visible and non-visible contaminants such as dust, debris, moisture, and microbial growth, from the entire air duct system, since it may affect indoor air quality and pose a health risk.
Evolution provides Air Duct Cleaning service by using the most modern Duct Cleaning Technology Equipment’s and by following National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standard.
The Air duct cleaning include four main process or stages:
Using robotic inspection equipment to know the needs to make air duct cleaning, and what is the contamination level inside the duct system.
2- Work Plan and Process Control.
This process describes how cleaning process will be done and the cleaning method that will use according to the contamination level, and where will make access doors in the duct for cleaning, and also how will control the dust and dirt the will generate from the cleaning process to eliminate the cross-contamination.
Using robotic agitation, dust Collector, vacuum cleaner and sanitizing equipment’s to removing the visible and non-visible contaminants such as dust, debris, moisture, and microbial growth, from the entire air duct system.
4- Cleanliness Verification and Documentation.
In this process final inspection should be done again to evaluate the cleaning process and ensure the cleanliness, and finally make the final report and certification.
